Today I thought I would share with you a pink lip I've been loving wearing lately. I recently picked up a new lippy from Charlotte Tilbury which I've been loving, and also something from Glossier as I was dying to try the brand.

Starting with the Balm Dotcom, slather that all over your lips, let it sink in for about 10 minutes (maybe pop it on before you start your makeup) and you'll have the softest baby lips. I love the little tubes these comes in, they're very portable and you get 15ml of product which isn't bad for a lip balm, if you order this off Net-a-Porter you get three in one pack, how brill! The taste isn't my favourite, I'm much more of a sweet lip product kind of girl, but this definitely isn't unbearable. I love this brand and when I'm in NYC I'm 100% going to pick up some more bits. If you're lucky enough to be in the states make sure to check out their website here.

Once you've completed you makeup and it's time for lips, wipe off the excess balm with a tissue and grab your favourite nude pink lip liner. Of course I'm using Charlotte Tilbuy's Pillow Talk, but Rimmel also do a really great dupe for a fraction of the price. This shade isn't too dissimilar from my normal lip colour, so it's super for shaping and defining the lips and keeping them looking natural. It's a very creamy, non-drying formula, but does stay put all day.

As for lipsticks, go for one similar to your lip liner to keep everything natural and seamless. I'm taking a new favourite, Charlotte Tilbury's Bitch Perfect Lipstick which is a gorgeous matte, pink. For everyday I love this shade, and the fact it's matte makes it very long wearing, however the formula is still very comfortable and doesn't dry the lips out. The packaging is just wow and I definitely have my eye on a few more shades! To finish the lips off, you can add a bit more liner if you like, or a gloss if that's your thing, but for me this is a great everyday foolproof lip.
