Finding yummy, healthy (isn) treats can be hard, especially if you're only after something small. I've been making these little energy balls a lot lately and I thought it was about time to share them with you all. These are perfect to make on a Sunday night and have them throughout the week as your 4pm snack. 

What you'll need:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract 
1/2 cup dark chocolate (chips, or roughly cut)
1/4 cup desiccated coconut 

What to do:
These don't need much of a method I must say, they're very easy and basically consist of throwing everything into a bowl and getting your hands dirty! I always blend up my oats first, ever so slightly, to ensure the oats aren't too big and are easy to combine. Once I've done that I'll add in all the other ingredients and get mixing. 
Roll them up into balls, this recipe should make 8-10, and you can either eat them straight away, or set them in the fridge so the wet ingredients have a time to set.
