Hi everyone, happy Sunday! I hope you've all had a lovely week, and isn't Autumn now in full swing!? I don't think we've had a non-rainy day since the end of September, the leaves are changing, and I hope this new season can also bring along some changes to 2020 we so desperately need right now! With this, I wanted to pull out some Autumn makeup items, but with a twist - they are all rated 5 stars on Cult Beauty! So let's see if they're worth the high ratings shall we...

NARS Soft Matte Concealer // If you've been reading the blog for a while, you'll know this always crops up as one of my all time favourite concealers. There's something about the way it blends, how it sits on the skin, and the texture, that ticks all the boxes for me. Don't be put off by the fact this is named "matte", I would say it almost leaves a satin finish on the skin which looks flawless. I think it's creamy enough for under the eyes, yet not too slippy that it can't be used around the face and on blemishes. It's a gorgeous concealer, a must try!

Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow // There were a lot of CT products that were rated 5 stars, no surprise, and this is of course one of the more iconic products in her range. The bronzer has a really good neutral tone, so it's not too warm but not too cool. This makes it perfect for achieving a sculpted look, whilst still adding some colour to the face. Paired with the highlighter, these are a cheekbone match made in heaven. I've really hit pan on this highlighter. The colour is somewhere between a champagne and a gold, but there's not a chunk of glitter in sight. If you've used this you'll know how airbrushed and flawless it looks on the skin - it almost has a blurring effect.

Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic in First Love // Her blushes have also been a big hit, I think by having two colours in the pan makes it a nice and customisable approach to blush. First Love is made up of a lighter peach and a brighter pop of pink in the middle. I personally swirl the two together for a lovely flush on the cheeks, and as the pink isn't too cool toned it's a lovely warm option for Autumn.

Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat // The perfect everyday Autumn palette in my opinion. Urban Decay have a gorgeous eyeshadow formula, and I find their mattes especially are very easy to use and blend out beautifully. The 6 shades compliment each other really nicely, and the shade range makes it easy to go from day to night. A nice satin highlight, a matte transition, a pop of orange, something to deepen the crease, and a deeper liner/smudger shade - you can't really go wrong!

Hourglass Lip Stylo in Creator // I love this formula from Hourglass, the shades they released in this range are also very beautiful, rich, and super wearable. They just feel and look luxe. Creator is more of a cool-toned mauvey pink - not something I would pair with the eyeshadow palette per-say, but still a lovely option. This particular shade is very creamy and leaves a nice sheen on the lips. If you are after a hydrating lipstick formula that's really easy to apply, I would suggest checking this out.
