Whenever I come across a Kiko, I have to wander in. It's an Italian makeup brand which has been compared to MAC, but about half the price, sounds fab I know! I've tried a couple of their lip colours and loved the formula, so I've been very keen to try out more from their range. The store can be a bit overwhelming, there are a lot of products and a lot of colours, so you can spend an eternity in there swatching and swooning over all the gorgeous shades.

Eyes were next on my list to try and I came across this gorgeous quad which has some stunning shades for all eye colours. This is their Colour Fever Eyeshadow Palette in 102 Jungle Greens which is made up of four shimmery shadows. I do like to have everything in one palette which is the only downside with this, I wish it had a good blending shade, but the colours are beautiful. The light champagne shade is a tad on the chalky side but I do find this with a lot of shimmery shades that are lighter. If you have the patience to pack it on the it looks great in the inner corner and brow bone to highlight. The formula of the other three are very buttery and blendable with good colour pay off. The two shades at the top are perfect for smokey eyes. I love either of them for blending over the lid and up into the crease, they work wonderfully at creating that effortless look. The one on the left is more taupe and the right is more of a khaki grey shade. The darkest shade in the palette works really well for adding some definition to the eyes, whether that be blended into the lash lines or into the crease for a dramatic look, the shimmer makes it very night out appropriate. You could also use these shadows wet, by spraying some MAC fix plus or even water onto your brush, to give them an intense metallic finish.
